Taxes & surcharges are subject to change without notice.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed upon reciept of a ¥50,000 per person deposit payable at the time of booking by credit card.

Final Payment

Final Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Credit card payments only.

Cancellation Fees

If canceling more than 60 days prior to arrival, a cancellation penalty of loss of deposit will be incurred.

If canceling within 60 days of arrival, a cancellation penalty of 100% of the total invoice will be incurred.

Amendment fees are charged if changes are made to bookings outside of 30 days prior to arrival. eg: lidt pass requirements, numbers of travelers, date changes, etc.

Any amendment to a booking will incur a 5,000 total charge per change.

If an amendment involving a reduction in the number of persons traveling occurs at any time, the above cancellation penalties and terms apply.

Itinerary Notes

Our transfer include 9 shuttle services a day fro New Chitose Airport to Niseko and 8 return services. The shuttle service is a large coach with limited seating to allow for luggage.

A Meet & Greet service to you accommodation provide by Niseko Ground Service. Goodsports Whiteliner may provide alternative vehicles or cancel specifi shuttle dependant on demand.

NPC cannot guarantee transfer to and from Chitose Airport without notification of flight arrival and departure times.

Additionally, included transfers are for Goodsports Whiteliner Buses only. For guests arriving later than 20:30, a private charter can be arranged for an additional charge. Alternatively guests can overnight in Sapporo and take the first available transport the following day.

For guests departing Chitose Airport earlier than 12pm a private charter can be arranged.

These costs are additional to the package price and are the responsibility of the guest.

Failure to provide flight times will result in tforfeiture of transfer services without refund.
